Shipping, Refunds and Installations
Shipping and Delivery
Our shipping services provide secure and traceable delivery via Australia Post (AusPost).
- Orders are normally processed and shipped within 2 business days (Monday – Friday).
- If you purchase a product from our online store, your order will ship directly to the address you specified on purchase.
- You will receive a shipping notification email, with a tracking number when your product ships.
- All our deliveries are shipped with AusPost, meaning that sometimes there may be delays outside our control if AusPost are experiencing increased demand.
- Delivery should be expected 2-6 business days from dispatch, depending on shipping option selected.
Delivery with Installation
If your product requires installation, one of our Team Members will personally deliver the product to you during your installation appointment.
Returns and Refunds Policy
If any of our products don't quite meet your needs, Willing Enable is happy to assist with finding an alternative or providing a refund. This Returns and Refunds Policy applies to all products purchased through Willing Enable.
Returns Period
- We offer a 30-day return period for all items purchased. You have 30 days from date of delivery to initiate a return.
- Once your return has been initiated, you will have an additional 7 days to package and ship your item/s back to us.
- If your item requires pick up by us, we will contact you to arrange a suitable time.
Returns Process
- To initiate a return, click here to lodge a return request.
- For a ‘change of mind’ return, the customer will be required to de-install the technology (where applicable) and return the item/s in original condition and packaging.
- The customer will also be required to cover the cost of shipping to return the item/s for ‘change of mind’.
Returns Eligibility
- To be eligible for a refund, all products must be returned in their original condition, include the original packaging and be in saleable condition.
Refunds
- Refunds will only cover the price of the original product(s) and any associated taxes.
- Refunds will be credited to your purchase payment method within ten (10) business days following our receipt of the product.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Installation Appointments
During the installation appointment, our Team Member will deliver your product/s and install. Where applicable, they will set-up, configure your device, and show you how to use the technology, as well as any related features and applications.
Prior to your scheduled installation appointment, Willing Enable will contact you: (i) 24 hours before your service appointment; (ii) the morning of your service appointment; and (iii) one (1) hour before the estimated arrival window of your service appointment.
Installation Changes, Cancellations, and Fees
Once your Installation is booked, you may only make service changes, Installation appointment changes, and cancellations by emailing team@willingenable.com.au or contacting us here
For Installation cancellations or to reschedule your Installation appointment, please contact us at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to your Service appointment. If you fail to cancel your Installation appointment within 24 hours (without good reason), you may be charged a $99 ‘Late Cancellation’ Fee.
If yourself, or your nominated person is not present when our Team Member arrives for your Installation appointment, you may be charged a $110 ‘No Show’ Fee.
